Private training is a one-on-one 60 minute session. The session will consist of a workout individualized to work on your specific needs based on your sport, previous injury concerns, or personal preference. Sessions can include weight room work, or speed, agility, and conditioning drills. Long term training programs can be scheduled and will take into account for post, pre, and in-season needs. This service is not solely limited to athletes; personalized training sessions can be scheduled for general health and fitness concerns as well. Services can be scheduled for a location of your convenience based on availability.
