Semi-private training is a 60 minute session that you schedule with another person at a reduced rate per person. The session will consist of a workout individualized to work on each persons specific needs based on sport, previous injury concerns, or personal preference. A semi-private training session can include weight room work or speed, agility, and conditioning drills. Long term training programs can be scheduled and will take into account for post, pre, and in-season needs. This service is not solely limited to athletes; semi-private training sessions can be scheduled for general health and fitness as well. Services can be scheduled for a location of your convenience based on availability.
