Team Training
Team training consists of a strength and conditioning coach going to your school, practice facility or any other location and training your entire team. Team training will focus on preparing your team for the appropriate sport and can include weight room, and speed, agility and conditioning drills. Although the focus is on training the entire team, individual athletes concerns will be taken into consideration based on position or previous injury concerns. Long term training programs can be scheduled and will take into account for post, pre, and in-season needs.
